Mattress Deliveries
We pride ourselves on offering an excellent FREE delivery service to all UK mainland addresses, some web sites charge as much as £90 for delivery in more remote postcodes so this is a huge saving that we pass onto you, the customer. Where ever possible we use a two man delivery service where the delivery men will carry your mattress into the room of your choice, allow you to check the items over before you accept them.
What will delivery of your mattress cost?
In short nothing. All the prices on our web site include VAT and delivery to UK mainland addresses, so there's no hidden extra's and you won't get to the checkout page to find there's an extra £50 being added on for delivery.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all UK addresses. The price you see advertised is the price you pay, all our prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery to all UK mainland addresses. If you live in Northern Ireland, Isle of Mann, Isle of White or other offshore islands please call to confirm we can deliver to your address and if there's any extra for delivery into your area.
How do we deliver?
As mentioned above we try whenever possible to use a two man delivery service. If you’re ordering a “next day mattress” then it will be delivered by one of the national carries that we use.
When will we deliver?
If you order a 'next day mattress' before 1pm then your mattress will arrive the following day. If you order any other mattress on our site then the estimated delivery time will be stated on the product description. This will give you an indication of the delivery period however we will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time with yourself to accept delivery. This will allow you to choose the day for delivery and we will also call you 1 hour before delivery so you don’t need to stay in all day waiting for delivery.

We will call you before delivery to arrange a convenient day and time for you to accept delivery, at this point we will fully explain the delivery process to you but it is important you follow these instructions. It is required that the goods are inspected before they are signed for and any damage noted on the Proof of Delivery form as well as reported to our office by calling 0161 491 8969 whilst the driver is still there. If there is any damage we will instruct you as to what to do, you may be asked to accept the goods and we will send replacement parts or we may ask you to reject the goods and we will send you a replacement. It all depends on the type of goods you’ve ordered and what the damage is. It is a good idea that the person accepting delivery is capable of checking the goods over and potentially been capable of opening the packaging to inspect the goods.
